Worst organisation

This is probably the worst organisation in history. How it is that Governement Offices continue to entrust them with such important matters is shocking. I app**** for a UK Visa on 9/11/2024 and realised I could upload docs without paying for the service but I had already paid. I facilitated a refund and to this day my money hasnt been refunded. To think the link with the UKVI would make them pull up their socks is so wr9ng. They are still appalling
