WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!

I have been struggling for 2 months straight without any proper assistance. We app**** for our Irish Visas on 26 July 2024 in Cape Town. On the 2nd of Aug our applications was sent through to the Embassy of Ireland in Pretoria and on the 6th of Aug it was dispatched to Ireland for processing. Fine. Our flights are booked for 19 September and guess what? WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY ANSWERS!!!! All they have been doing the past 3 weeks is saying that I can follow up in a week, then a week became in the next 3 days and then the next day and then in a few hours. Our time has run out and now we may lose all the thousands of rands we spent on flight tickets and visa applications. Do they care? I doubt it. Will they refund is for their poor assistance and not getting it done on time? WHO KNOWS! There is no time for follow up emails and it doesnt even help. I was asked to email managers and email Dublin branch. NOBODY cares to even reply! I am soooo fed up.
