Worst call Center operations!!

How are these people able to operate?? They cannot answer questions about ZEP visas and I recorded the phone call where they advise they not allowed to give guidance. What is the public paying there service fee for… the Waivers cost R1,500 for nothing and now they want more money and cannot give the correct process… won’t give the process. It’s a pure money making ****!! The website and ‘new’ system is not user friendly at all… what a joke!
