Worst aplication system, and curupt

<p>My wife and i have been married for over 12year, we met in South Africa and got married in SA and have 2 kids at the moment, and SA is our home. My wife is a US citizen , and we started allping for her permanent resisdence since we crossed the 7 year barrier requiedred. but we had 2 lots applications by the Home Affairs and many other struggles with her application. So now a new system has come in where you forsed to use the "service" of the VFS. before the application of permanent resisdence was for free, but now that the VFS has been given this job you have to pay R1350 per application. That will be fine if it worked. but the application use to take 4 to 6 weeks but now it take 8 to 10 months , where many times your visa mite expire and then you have to another R 1350 for a visa. still i can get by, but the main problem is the application system. the website can only work thru certain opperating systems , which is okay for me because i can make it but many dont have this privalage. But there system is not user friendlyt at all and there customer service not very helpful. i had to redo my wifes application already 5 times and everytime there is another problem . the latest id that i cannot log in because im not loged out but there is no logout function. so that means that i ahve to spend another 2 hours to open a new emial account, and fill in the application again .</p> <p> </p> <p>i wish that we could have the option to use homeaffairs .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
