Work Permit still pending since October 2021

This is the most painful experience ever VFS Durban office after a long struggle I submitted to you, last year October, my work visa up to today on the 10th May my Visa still say submitted to DHA on 02nd November honestly you are ruining our lives how am I supposed to live and work without a Visa how do I travel, people have died at home I couldn't go because my VISA is not processed please re me what's going on with my Visa
