Work Permit renewal submitted in October 2021

I wrote a review last week on how VFS and Home Affairs just ignored my concern on my work permit and now I cannot function or travel because my visa has not been processed in 6 months, when I call the customer service at VFS they keep quite, then drop the call this is after listening to instructions for 15 minutes prior, this is messing my life up and this reviews are being ignored too, where should I go??
