WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW BAD THIS SERVICE IS

Words just cannot describe how horribly bad the service from this company is!! I find it incredible that the only way for my wife to apply for a British visa is through this company of *********** ******* and ********s!! It's as if their upload options didn't work on purpose so that they can charge the extra fees which are just literally ****************!! I find it insulting to even reward them one star!!! There are no customer service telephone or email addresses available and they do not accept visits to their offices without appointments which are impossible to get!!
