Why San Francisco consulate does not do something about their vendor VFS with such bad reviews!!!

I had filled out the application for business visa for India with much difficulty. Each time I would send an email to this company none of their answers would work. At one point they said we will have our IT to see what the problem is. I finally had my friend go to their offices, what a disaster !!! I have had many visa's to India as I buy regularly from there. I had 3 letters from 3 vendors of mine included in my document and had mentioned many more that I deal with. The person at this office when reviewing the documents said that my application is not accepted because I don't have a letter from every vendor mentioned. When asked were does it say that I have to have a letter from EVERY vendor he asked my friend to leave. It is unbelievable why Indian consulate does not have any over site as to how they treat the applicants.

They are just there to make money.
