Why book an appointment

I am currently still sitting line for an \appointment"I made for 9am. It is now 10:20 and only 2 people in my line have been seen. There seems to be no system in place here what so ever. You don't know what booth is servicing what country. It looks to be totally at random. The staff will service one applicant and then disappear for 5 to ten minutes All the while the line and the frustration continues to grow!!! This shouldn't be a process I have to take a whole days leave for...which it looks like it could be. I have a job...responsibilities to get back to. This is totally unacceptable...especially if you are making an appointment. You need to get your house in order!!! """
