Where is my passport?
What a nightmare. I have no words. Emails are ignored. Call centre is not helpful. They just send emails and make empty promises. These people are holding my passport hostage. I have never experienced such bad service. I don’t care about the visa anymore, I have already missed my departure date, I just want my passport back.

02 Apr 2024, 16:33Day 15 and only today I get a message saying they have sent my application to the consulate. This after I spoke to Mary, a few times and sent an email to what they call a Manager. Someone called Bruce Lukhele who is just as useless as everyone else.
