What Service...? None

I app**** for a visa in April, since then I have had absolutely no feedback. I have called them multiple times, all they do is check the system and give me the same status that the system sends. They "cannot" assist with escalations at all apparently. They give you email addresses that are not responded to, to contact and cannot, or will not, do anything further. Are they just glorified filing clerks for the visa office? Pretty much useless to deal with them at all, as they cannot be bothered to help you. Visa times have exceeded 95 days and they still can't be bothered. Wish they could actually be useful, but all you get is the run around, you might as well not call them because nothing they do assists you in any way, so whats the point!!!
