What a mission to get a visa

What a horrible experience. We went to get our visas done for Netherlands. Because we are going to 3 to 4 European countries we made sure that we need to get visa from the Netherlands. We are staying the longest in Netherlands so the Netherlands it is. Booked appointment. Got there, Just to be told that no we need to apply with Switzerland as we are visiting friends and family there. Fine we went back the Monday. New appointment. New forms etc.

Paid and did the whole story to apply.

A week later we get a email saying, no sorry we need to apply with the Netherlands.

What the.... Back again. New forms. Get bank statement again. Here we go again.

Btw. we don't stay near Brooklyn. So it a good 3 hours on the road up and down.

We get there nothing about a sorry we made a mistake. Do the application again. And finally got it after 4 weeks. Had to take off work again go all the way to collect. Not even don't worry we will send with courier free of charge. nothing

Poor service, poor experience. Poor.
