WERNER PRETORIUS COST US R30,000!!!

Dealing with VFS, and their employee Werner Pretorius (who does Thailand visa applications), was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had AND cost me R30,000.

Werner did NOT do his job and inform us of the complete visa process. He made no indication that our passports will be going all the way to Pretoria from Cape Town to get approved. He made it seem like they keep it on the Cape Town premises while the application is reviewed.

We told him our flight was in 7 days. He told us it usually takes 10 days BUT he will make them know that it's a rush job and that we need it back in time. He made NO indication that if they did not make it before the 7 days, THAT WE WOULD NOT GET OUR PASSPORTS BACK.

We missed our flights because of him. R30,000 down the drain, not even including the R3k we paid for the visa application.

Had Werner done his JOB and been competent enough to inform us of the FULL process, WE WOULD NOT HAVE APP**** FOR THE VISAS and would have got them done when we arrived in Thailand.

Not a single apology has been made on his part as well, nor by any of the VFS staff.

Not only that, we app**** for the Visas on Wednesday 12 April, it is currently May 3rd and WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR PASSPORTS BACK.
