Website is a DISASTER!!

I have been attempting to apply for an extension of my temporary residence visa for a while now (after attempting a permanent residency). My reason is the sale of my house fell through a couple of days before our flight and I can't leave with everything up in the air. The VFS website is atrocious. The WORST I have ever dealt with. It cuts out, doesn’t load properly and its not just my computers, I have tried at many places to get this right. I then tried to pay and was told by the person who answered at the call center that I was not the only person experiencing issues. After being put through to a supervisor, completely devoid of any customer service s****s and capability, was told that there was no problem. After pushing the issue he then decided to change his tune and acknowledge the issues with the website, stating its not his problem. I have called at least 20 times and each time told to wait 24 hours or send an email. Today, after the sale fell through again, I contacted the call center again as I had paid and haven’t been able to schedule an appointment. The button on the website simply didn’t work. I was put through to Ms Nonhlanhla Radebe. An asset to VFS and the only person that I have spoken to at VFS who was willing to help. I am giving HER the two stars (she deserves 10 but I refuse to raise the VFS rating). A kind, generous woman, who is capable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Please send her my feedback and perhaps look at putting her in the supervisor role as she was diligent and attentive. Looking at all these reviews, I think you need more people like her.      Please look at changing your website host/developer. As a previous owner of a South African Tourism business, I cant express how much money the South African economy is loosing out because it just doesn’t function. I have heard complaint after complaint, funnily enough when I was asked to rate the website I couldn’t, because its that useless.
