I have honestly never had such slow service in my life before. in my attempt to apply for my student visa, I completed my online application, then paid online via EFT but when I try to click on "schedule appointment" I get an error message. I have called multiple times and the tell me that they will email me when the problem is resolved but it has been 8 days and yet they have not even bothered to keep communication with me. it seems that it is so easy to accept money but not provide service.
