Website error
I've used their website in the past and I wont say its the best website they created for submissions and scheduling appointments. But this is not the issue, the issue is that I was in the process of scheduling an appointment for my spouse; the application form was filled and completed, and online payment was also done.
Now I wanted to schedule for a date/time but I get this error after clicking on the reference number- "Vfs occured, please contact to site admin".
How on earth am I supposed to schedule now? I tried it for 4-5 days now with different browsers, and still get the same error. I emailed VFS (the email provided on their website), but I still didn't get any response.
What is the way forward now??

21 Sept 2017, 08:50Thanks for the prompt response VFS Global- please also get someone to manually schedule a date/time for me to submit this application if this error is not resolved very soon (within a day or two). The relevant person may contact me on my mobile for exact date/time.
