Wastage of Personnel Time

I took appointment online for 2pm today 16Feb for Visa submission at VFS centre Sohrab hall, Pune.<br> Just plain sat there from 1.50pm till 3.40 pm and then asserted to get my no at counter.Bad time planning and adherence witnessed .When I reached ,14 personnel were waiting ahead for only German visa counter. Each takes 10-15 mns. So why call me 100 mins before and make me sit in a room where AC didn't work either and was suffocating. Others too I saw suffered but most \absorb\" and do not report it after the event! My complaint on-site to Mgr Mr Satish about one counter lying un-manned for 30 mns plus, was discarded summarily \" go write your complaint on the web\"<br> Maybe ,we Indians, have learnt a lot to absorb and VFS took advantage of this. My colleague too faced same situation last week at VFS centre! Hope some German training at VFS can help "
