Waiting since 15 November 2014!

I app**** for my ZSP permit as soon as the applications opened.<br> I paid and had my appointment for biometric and submission on 15 November. 2014.<br> Up till now, I am still waiting anxiously for my permit. <br> Why does VFS say the processing period is 8 weeks, yet I am waiting almost 5 months??<br> My reference number is ZSP***. <br> I called the helpline, who could offer no help except tell me my application is at Home affairs since 15 Nov 2014!<br> This permit is now affecting my work environment, as my employer is not sure what whether they can depend on me, as they don't know what is happening with the permit!<br> Please urgently assist me.<br> Thank you!
