Waiting for ZSP Permit for 17 weeks now

I am disgruntled with the Vfs Global ZSP permit processing in Port Elizabeth. I have been waiting for the outcome for 17 weeks now. I have missed 3 lucrative contracts because of the unknown permit delays. I intend to travel to Zimbabwe for Easter and I am in limbo mode because I cannot travel with my car to Zimbabwe without a valid permit. I must find someone with a valid permit, sign an affidavit and let them come with me and back.<br> <br> I feel this is unacceptable and could be avoided if Vfs Global had provided the service as they mentioned.
