Waiting for refund its been 8 months with no response

I made a refund online in January 2023 after my first application didnt go through as a result of error message. I did make a phone call follow up on refund and i was told to send an email with supporting documents. Since then i have sent several emails to accounts department with.no reaponse. The service is really bad for a international.company.
