Waiting for appeal outcome for over 3 months

At this point of time, I am very frustrated with the service and feedback that I get from VFS to phone calls and emails. I have lodged my appeal for a TRP in February and have not heard anything since. My initial application has been rejected due to a missing Police Clearance Certificate, which I could not provide because it was lost in the ******** Record Center and needed to be reprinted and thus, did not make it in time for my renewal application.<br> <br> Emails or calls are rejected with info that VFS is not responsible for processing time at DHA. DHA on the other hand, does not want to give any info, does not reply to emails, and if someone answers the phone, refers back to VFS. <br> <br> This situation is terrible and I am desperately asking for help. I am a student at Stellenbosch University, originally from Germany. I cant leave the country now as I would be declared undesirable. This situation is terrible and affects my life. I was not able to travel back home for my brothers wedding. Now, my grandfather got diagnosed with cancer, and I cannot visit him in his last days. I have planned to go in July, and just beg that my Visa gets back in time. <br> <br> PLEASE HELP!
