WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS ON A VISITORS VISA TO THE UK!

I app**** for my visitors visa to the UK, went for my biometrics on the 11th November 2024. Still have not heard anything back. Feel likes I am going insane. I cant find a number to phone nor a email address any where. Two days ago I finally found the correct tracking site.. A decision have been made, the next step is collection.. BUT WHEN WILL THAT HAPPEN?? My planed trip is in 7 days and I still don't know if I am able to go!!! Today marks 22 Working days since my application reached the decision making center. PLEASE!! I need answers!!!
