This was not my first application, but the worst by far.

Service is extremely poor, slow and disorganized. A row of 20 people standing in the foyer at the entrance to VFS included many elderly people, some who clearly found it difficult to stand. The lady in charge of the Xray machine regularly disappeared into the office. I did not see any Premium service area.
