VSF TERRBILE SERVICE!

I am utterly disappointed with the service(lack thereof) received from VSF Johannesburg (Rivonia). My husband and I had scheduled an appointment for 24/06/2015 at 8:00am. The first applicant for Greece Visa was only helped at 8:10am. We were helped thereafter by a consultant at the Austrian desk. After he reviewed all our documentation we were advise that the travel insurance was incorrect due to the following wording \..... Covered for worldwide including United Kingdom...". As per the consultant this needed to have wording specifically related to \""Schegen\""<br> We urgently contacted out travel agent to assist with the relevant documentation and within 10mins we had received and printed the documents"
