VSF South Africa doesn't want to pay my refund

VFS South Africa doesn't want to give my refund back after submitting all the required documents on the 20th of January 2021 and today it's the 11th of March 2021. Until now l haven't received my money and no one responds when l try to follow up. I really feel these businesses get richer by manipulating the poor. Very disappointed and sad.
