VSF Negligence

I submitted my application for the ZSP permit on the 8th of November and was told to wait 8 -10 weeks for permit to be out. It has been too long and havent heard anything since. I went to the vsf offices to enquire and to my surprise i just got back my slip and the security said permit not ready. We need an explanation as to whats going on as this is very unfair. Most people I know who went around the same time as me haven't had any feedback and we cant carry on like this. This time around we paid and hoped the service would be much better but its actually much worse. With home affairs they would tell you if there is a problem and if you had to appeal you would do that on time. I am appealing to the guys at Vsf to sort this mess asap because we cant have people who app**** in December having their permits already yet we are still waiting. We need answers as to what is going on.
