Visitor's Visa for my son pending for 6 months

I'm appalled by your service or lack thereof. At the beginning of the year I app**** for an extension of my 2 year old son's visa. It was rejected on the grounds that my wife did not consent to it even though she was present during the application. In February I then made an appeal and till this day, the status of the application reads 'Application has been forwarded to Department of Home Affairs for adjudication on 17-Mar-2015. Surely why is it taking this long?<br> <br> Please get back to me as soon as possible as this is becoming ridiculous.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Farai
