Visa submission Centre

We have submitted 4 applications with your VFS office in Cape town on the 24th of December 2020 for Indian visas We have sent 4 emails during the week 11th to 15th of January 2021 requesting an update because your website does not track the applications.

We called your office early yesterday morning 18 January 2021 and requested an update and was told they cannot assist and I must call back later At 1pm your office was closed and still no response, so finally at 3pm I called again and we was told that someone will get back to us.

Today 19 January 2021 we still don’t have an update on the applications and no one at your office can tell me where our passports are.

We have missed a flight to Dubai last week and we are due to fly to India on Thursday 21 January 2021.01.19
