Visa refund

It doesn’t even deserve one star.

On the 26th May 2025 I app**** for Visa to Czech Republic. Then on the 5th of June 2025 I received a call from Nokulunga saying I won't be needing a visa because I'll be travelling with an official passport. I then received an email with a refund request application form. I sent the form on the 5th. On the 11th July I received an email saying I should submit the small receipt I get after I payed. I did send the receipt and received an email to say they received it. On the 29th of July I sent an email asking about my refund and Nokulunga told me the refund team is still dealing with it. It is the 1st of September today and I haven't heard anything, and still haven't received my refund. I sent several emails but no response.
