Visa refund

We were set to depart for Norway end of June 2022. We paid the amount of 160 Euros to VFS Global in the event to be able to go for an interview to apply for our visas. As we had to pay before we were allowed to schedule an appointment, we then found on the VFS Global website that we could not book until after our due date to travel to Norway. We have been trying to get a refund from the 06th of May. We have sent many emails and have received only emails stating our emails have been received. But up to date we have not seen any funds refunded or received any proper communication, only automated responses.
