VISA PENDING

My helper who is from Zimbabwe has app**** for her Visa permit on the 07/11/14. To date when ever we follow up on the application telephonic ally and online, we get the same results, and that is the application is pending with Home Affairs. I am not sure how in the world is it possible that people who app**** after her in January could have their permits collected when hers is still pending. I have been informed by several consultants over a period of time that the November batch has been pending. Could I have someone senior who can explain to me or follow up on this query as to when this permit will be ready. <br>
