VISA DISASTERS

This entity was appointed by our dept of home affairs--bad start!- to handle, inter alia, applications for Shengen visas. I duly registered and tried to make an appointment. I was simply informed no time/s for an appointment was available; countrywide. This is shocking and clearly demonstrative why this appointment should be cancelled. The apparent excuse is, of course, COVID, but we are no longer in a state of emergency, so that is just hogwash. Get rid of these bunglers NOW
