Visa Change of Condition - OUTSTANDING 2 Months

Hi there,

I have been waiting for an update/outcome for an employer change on my existing visa (Change of Condition). Its been 2 months now and I haven't received any feedback. Contact center advisors' for VFS are useless and seem to be clueless about when to expect an outcome (Robotic response - your application is under process).

My offer from the new employer is at risk because of your delayed process and no proper updates. Could someone urgently look into this and get back to me with a resolution?
