Visa Application Refund

Waiting on a refund for a visa, that I paid for in March. A refund application was done online as guided by your staff and all other proof that I app**** for an alternative visa was submitted. I app**** for the refund of R1,100 on 3rd April and until now, I have had no acknowledgement or that the money will be refunded. If a Government institution like this is so unreliable and none trustworthy how do you expect the Country to grow?
