Visa application for 7 Sept

We app**** for our Irish visa on 15 July. We are suppose to depart on 7 September. They only release once a week on a Tuesday approvals. When we phone the lady is very friendly but only say there is nothing they can do they aware of the dates. We have less than 10 days left, we have saved for years for this trip. Now we wont get our visas in time. Whats the point of this company if they cant assist you with processing times. Will they reimburse me now all my traveling costs to Cape Town, application fees, etc? I am so frustrated. Our tickets were bought in April, the Irish Visa requirements was implemented on 8 July. Surely these applications should go faster? Why can chengein visa applications be approved within 1 week? Whats the point of using this company??? And even if it is approved by some mirycal the couriers company will probably be late. This is a financial nightmare
