Visa application

We have been struggling for weeks to just APPLY for a visa. This company is only in Pretoria and we stay in Mpumalanga. Every time they tell us to reschedule for another appointment. Only the third appointment they gave us a list of requirements. Today they told us that they can't accept an original copy of the birth certificate but we have to give a certified copy and come back. We app**** for visa last year at the Embassy and immediately were able to finish application. VFS global is not nearly capable of giving good service as we tried more than 3 times already and still have no success with them. Our problem is that these people are costing us thousands of RANDS. Every time we need to drive more than 300km and then book into a hotel just to find out they still don't want to help us. It's getting so frustrating we do not even want to go back to them. But we have no choice seeing as they are the only people who do this now. How much more travel and accommodation cost will it take before we receive service and can finally apply?<br>
