Vgs Global log in not working.

Vfs Global login is terrible. Wasted a whole day trying to log in to schedule an appointment. Despite entering the correct email ID and password, it says wrong password. Then it blocks me for 8 hrs. Tried with alternate email IDs, same problem. I was lucky twice to succcessfully log in but when I was asked to select a date, the calender was non responsive. So frustrating. Is there no alternative to Vfs global?
