Do not ever use them.My son app**** for his visa on 8 May 2025 .They informed us that the turnaround time is 45 days.He is due to leave on Monday 30 June 2025.Despite escalating the application,flagging it for 3 days now we have still not received it.I have been contacting them for 7 days in a row now.They are refusing to take my calls. They have threatened me that they will ensure that my application is not successful if I continue phoning them.My son is going to lose the money of his airfare and other expenses.Their response is the application is being processed.They are totally *********** and *********.
