VFS/DHA in Pretoria must be investigated for their shenanigans

The VFS/DHA in Pretoria is a messy office with a very unprofessional manager who can't seem to assist clients with their issues. 1. Unavailable appointments (that are manipulated by the management) that lead to the customers being coerced into using the their premium lounge service that clients can barely afford. 2. Rude and lazy floor managers(Zamile Zikhali & Candice King), who seem uninterested in solving customers' problems but they always blame everyone else for their appalling incompetence. 3. Customers & employees are subjected to an environment that has no working air conditioners.
