VFS won't REFUND my money!!!!

VFS GLOBAL is causing me a great discomfort by holding on to a refund which I have requested for and waiting still over a month and I am beginning to wonder why a multinational institution that claims to be patnering governments and providing solutions won't put in place measures to adequately and swiftly provide solutions for its clients. <br> <br> I've been waiting since the 19th September for a refund on an application that the unclear categorization website of VFS caused me in the first place but now I am really tired of waiting because I need to use the refund right back for an application for DHA and time is fast running out.<br> <br> I have been to the visa facilitation center at Pretoria severally and the only thing the supervisors there can tell is that they can only escalate the matter via the Internet as they claim there is no telephone number to reach the finance department that sorts refund which is really weird to me.<br> <br> PLEASE VFS, just refund my money!!!
