VFS (very slippin sh…useless)

Had an appointment for 2:30 - all documents uploaded online. After being here for an hour and a quarter, still waiting to be attended to. The service, attitudes and demeanor sucks. Management is sorely lacking and customer service is non-existent. Reflects rather poorly on the UK.
