another government institution that we taxpayers are paying for that doesn't work - and you now have to par R1500 to them in addition to the home affirms fee of R100!!! Can only do something online - but you cannot register online - website doesn't work - no emails sent to complete registration. No application forms published yet you have to complete them!!! To complain to the company you have to fill in personal details and agree to their transmitting all that info elsewhere! NO! The ***** committed by the actual people in home affairs is the reason for needing to use vfs and they expect you to give all this detail to register a complaint! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND USELESS. ANOTHER GOOD GOVERNMENT SERVICE FOR THEIR SELF-NAMED 'WORLD CLASS AFRICAN CITY' WHAT A JOKLE
