VFS, the face of South Africa's future...!

I assisted Mrs. Gao with the renewal/extension of her existing visa and submitted everything needed for the new application already on the 13th Sep 2021 & again on the 21 Sep 2021, but still have not heard back from your offices regarding her application.

All relevant documentation is attached to the email, including the details of her previous application aswell.

I tried to call your offices SEVERAL times, being on "hold" for 6 whole minutes while just listening to someone talking about what you do at your offices and only to then after 6 minutes, having the phone dropped in your ear! Never ever being put through to anyone...just being on HOLD all the time, pressing whatever numbers the recording tells you to press!!!

AND THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY EACH TIME I CALL!!! Doesn't seem to me that anyone at VFS is working or caring to answer phones to assist people.

For shame on YOU!
