VFS The account has been locked. Please reset your password to proceed.

I cannot log in to my account, it tells me its locked and need to reset the password. I stuck at the part when I need to receive the email from VFS to my mail box. It is said that to proceed I need to follow the link of the email. But I never, never received it, I've tried countless time I just don't receive the email. This is indeed pathetic.
