VFS Tasheel

My Passport was handed in at VFS Tasheel on the June 9th 2015 and today June 25th 2015 they still haven't respond to any of my queries where my passport is. <br> When I was at the offices last week Thursday after an e-mail that my passport is ready for collection they told me that there is a problem on their side but that it was rectified and that I will have my passport back not later than Monday June 22nd 2015 and still I don't have my passport. <br> Tasheel don't respond to any of my mails neither do their telephonic promises from their Cape Town branch realized <br> So far their service paid for sucks and totally unreliable this after I told them that I need my passport back in order to start working. Whilst my passport is in their hands I cannot generate any income....<br>
