VFS taking advantage of foreigners waiting for refunds for over 2 months

<p>I made two payments to VFS for a visa application ,because I made a mistake on my application I was told I had to make another application and make another payment .So I ended up with 2 refund applications when I was done .I got one back after a month an a half and it has been 2 months now and I have not yet received the other refund .I went to the Rivonia office and I was told they had a backlog and now I call the call centre no one seems to be accounatble or knows when they will amke the refund .There something very wrong with that system why does one have to make numerous payments and after that they earn interest on peoples refund and cannot even account for when it will be paid .They should be brought to account and be audited because their system is very flawed .I want my money with out fail .I am sick and tired of calling the call centre only to speak to someone who does not even know what to say or how the refund process works .</p>
