VFS system ****ch

I have been struggling to get help from VFS since March 2024. I need to renew my LSP but I'm struggling to make appointment on VFS online system because of their system ****ch. Everytime I talk to their employees they gist me. I'm on desperate need and I don't know what to do anymore. I was taking to Bruce Lukhele 1st he ghosted me.
