VFS *****s your money

I have been waiting since 2 months for refund of my visa fees, and VFS has been not responding. I sent a customer feedback on their website like 3-4 times and asked to get a call back, didnt get a call back even once. VFS is a bunch of ****s who just keep the visa fees and never return it even when Consulate/Embassy asks them to return it. Worst customer service, have written 100's of emails and calls, no use.
