vfs *****ing from us

<p>I made an online application on the vfs website. On the form they only ask you to fill in your first name and surname, which i did. Only to be told that i had to fill in both my first and second name in the first name box. Inorder for me to make the correction i was told i needed to make a payment again as there is no way of correcting what you fill in on the form after a payment has been received. I then claimed for a refund for my first application only to be told that i will only get R500 and they will take R850. No one can explain to me what i am paying for. Does a person have to make a payment for every mistake they make on the application form?</p>
