Vfs staff treated my wife like garbage

We came to vfs at Rivonia to collect my wifes visa, we know we arrived early, but the security sent my wife inside. One of the staff started shouting at my wife and said she must come back at the time given on the email and then she told the other staff member to take lunch when my wife comes in again so there won't be anyone to assist her
